Description
On a day to day basis, as the Procurement Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all Databases are kept up to date
  • Monitoring and ordering stock
  • Reconciling and processing invoices
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, accurately and on time
  • Trucking and pursuing order confirmations and invoices
  • Keeping up to date of any goods received
  • Creating and checking Order forms
  • Adding order details onto the relevant systems
  • Working closely with the bookkeeper
  • Obtaining quotations from preferred supplier listing
  • Scanning and filing of delivery notes
  • Following up with outstanding orders
  • Other general admin duties
