Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent facetoface customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the customer service area
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Process customer orders and returns according to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the customer service area

Requirements:


  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential

Salary:
£21,109.00-£22,434.00 per year
