Customer Service Coordinator:
This is a great opportunity to work for a niche travel company based near Slough.
Working in a busy office you will be responsible for everything after a sale has been made, including all areas of customer service,dietary and logistics arrangements.
- All areas of Customer Service
- Following through on bookings from confirmation to post travel with support from another team member
- Preparing & sending travel documents to clients
- Administrative tasks relating to the company Loyalty Scheme
- Handling feedback post travel
- Responsibility for reservations & processes
- Providing administrative backup to the sales team
- Assisting in maintaining the inhouse reservation system, with pricing, itineraries, inventory and product loading
- Other tasks as agreed with the Sales & Reservations Manager
Profile
Customer Service Coordinator:
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in both the Travel Industry and Customer Service (although this is not essential).
A sharp eye for detail, the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they become problems, a good sense of humour and a can-do approachare essential.
Job Offer
Salary of circa £25,000 to £28,000 and excellent package including opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
