My client is a highly successful Engineering company based in Leicester, over the last 3 years they have experienced year on year growth which shows no sign of slowing down.

This has lead to them needed another experienced Customer Service Advisor to join them.

You will be expected to provide the highest levels of customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY ROLES

Dealing with queries efficiently and appropriately
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Building product knowledge
Taking orders, editing orders and cancelling orders
Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Customer Relationship / Technical Manager.
Building knowledge of the Company's products.
Feeding back any market and customer information considered relevant to the Customer Relationship / Technical Manager.
Ensure data from calls received is entered into the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent literacy skills
Worked within a multichannel customer service environment
Strong decisionmaking skills
Effective customer service skills
High quality telephone manner
Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
