n exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Supply Chain and eCommerce coordinator to join our fast-growing business in Leicester.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual who is able to take over important duties, maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers and has an interest in Ecommerce and logistics.

Managing time efficiently and being able to communicate both within the UK and European market in order to fulfil your key duties is essential.

• Updating and maintaining our existing product listings on the WMS and E-commerce platforms, ensuring product details, images, content and keywords are properly optimised
• Updating and optimising listings according to trends, demand and competition
• Processing weekly reports and forecast analysis
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
• Organising transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information received from point of origin to delivery and arranging for services as necessary
• Assisting in the organisation of the assembly line by providing necessary labels, documents and helping with general queries
• Creating or updating product labels using software such as InDesign and Acrobat.
• Assisting management in large projects and participating in regular meetings

• Time management and organisational skills (you will be working with Trello)
• Experience or passion for numbers and data analysis (you will need to calculate profit margins, breaking down costs, currency conversions etc.)
• Computer skills / IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Keen to learn new software such as Helium10 and Seller Dashboard

• Experience using logistics management software
• A language would be advantageous such as German, Polish, French, Spanish, Ukraine or Italian.
• Warehouse experience understand how a warehouse operates
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Product Cycle
