Teaching Assistant - £75 - £95 per day - Epsom

Attention all aspiring educators We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated teaching assistant to join a lovely client school in the Epsom area.

As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, working closely with our talented teaching staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of lesson plans, providing support to the classroom teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and help them achieve their full potential
Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources
Help to maintain a safe, clean and organised classroom environment
Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Attend staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
A passion for working with young people and helping them to achieve their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and compassionate approach to working with students with different abilities and needs
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
