Orka Financial is currently partnering with a successful global technology business based in Basingstoke that is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable specialist to join the team.

The business has enjoyed rapid growth and is looking to add to the existing team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Vendor Invoice and Credit Processing
  • Vendor Management
  • Raising Vendor Pos
  • Processing of fortnightly Payment Runs
  • Processing of ad hoc payments and bank transfers where necessary
  • Monthly Intercompany PO Billing Process
  • Monthly PVA (Post VAT Accounting) and DDA (Duty Deferment Account) Reconciliations
  • Weekly Cash Flow AP Reporting & Forecast building.
