£32,800 - £34,400 (£41,000 - £43,000 Full Time Equivalent)

We are looking for a Head of Programme to join within the School of Culture and Communications to be responsible for the operational management of the areas of History, Politics and Science.
This role will be pivotal in working with the Head of School to develop and implement a strategic plan for the programme area reflecting the School and College priorities regarding growth plans, curriculum development and quality improvement and will deliver operational leadership and management to the programme team in the delivery of these objectives.

- Experience of delivering an innovative and distinctive curriculum in response to identified market needs to successfully attract new students and motivate existing ones.
- Understanding of a commercial business model to manage plans, budgets, resources and risks to meet financial targets.

- Ability to manage a diverse team, proactively creating a positive working environment with effective and flexible leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt your style to engage with a variety of Stakeholders and work in a collaborative way.
