Job Description:
We are a timber frame manufacturer, based in Totton, Southampton, SO40, specialising in offsite volumetric modular construction.
We are looking to employ a range of skilled personnel for our next project, in various trades.
If you have particular expertise as a labourer and are interested in working for a dynamic company in an energetic environment, please send in your CV for review.
Responsibilities:
- General labouring
- Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery
- Helping other trades
- Handling and transporting materials
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations
- Must be prepared to work outside in all weather.
- You will need the ability to prioritise duties and communicate effectively with your fellow members of staff.
Skills:
- Capability to build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Good financial knowledge and analytical skills
- Good knowledge and recognition of building materials are essential
- Experience in streamlining processes with the ability to look at a process and find ways to streamline and improve it
- Methodical and technical mindset with good numeric skills
- A full driving licence.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable of stock systems.
Job details:
The hours will be 7 am pm Mon -Fri
