Digital is looking for a CRO Analyst to join a leading global brand.
As a CRO Analyst, you will compile data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs, and CRO roadmaps.

As a CRO Analyst, you will:
- Use tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio and Content Square for the creation and ownership of all CRO reports and dashboards.
- Achieve actionable insights by organizing and analyzing data, including customer journeys, conversion funnels, heat maps, session recordings, and user research.
- Provide rigorous data and insightbased recommendations to the CRO team.
- Get a better understanding of competitors by conducting research and sharing best practices.
- Implement robust trackers for CRO initiatives so that valuable insights can be generated and reports can be compiled effectively.
- Work with UX and CRO teams to run A/B tests that will improve the customer journey and conversion funnel.
- Ensure that test proposals and insight reports are produced to support the running of CRO initiatives.
- Acknowledge and share findings from analytics projects with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management and teams within the company as a whole
- Ensure tags are deployed with Google Tag Manager at best practice levels, serving as a point of contact for the CRO team regarding Google tag management and Segment (Customer Data Platform).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to the relevant teams
As a CRO Analyst you will have:
- At least 3 years of analytical work experience in a team that emphasizes understanding product performance and generating data driven
- Knowledge of UX principles and AB testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience calculating statistical significance for AB Tests and in website analytics from established ecommerce companies
- Advanced analytics skills with an ability to draw concise insights from large datasets.
- At least 3 years of experience in the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, MicroStrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel.
- A thorough understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Experience creating, developing, and presenting indepth insight reports.
- Extensive interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
