The role:


  • Manage the ECM transactions within the current UK Market
  • Contribute to the growth of the M&A advisory service
  • Take leading initiative on transactions within Industrials and Support Services
  • Act as a mentor to those in more junior roles, bridging the gap between the Directors and the rest of the team
  • Have the scope for swift career progression due to the importance and intensity of this project

Requirements:


  • A solid academic background and 5+ years of experience in the industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the current UK Markets, and experience of mapping and understanding market trends
  • A strong background in ECM transactions, with experience on researching and executing endtoend deals
  • A good understanding of M&A and a willingness to contribute to the company's advisory service
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to maintain a good working relationship with portfolio managers, and the ability to create and present models
  • Good communication strategy and a strong work ethic for when high pressure situations arise
