John Ashley Recruitment are pleased to be working with this well established, reputable organisation that is enjoying high growth levels with a very busy office support function.
We are seeking to appoint a competent, proactive and reactive Administratorwho can manage a high volume workload and progress workloads working independently making the necessary decisions and interface with the entire office support department.
The hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.If you are looking for a role with autonomy, responsibility and a variety of work in a fast paced environment, this could be the role for you
Main Activities:
- Processing of all customer orders using the Sage 50 system so you will need to have experience or be able to quickly learn the system. Full training given.
- Fast, Accurate and efficient data entry ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Carrying out all administration to support credit control.
- Data entry and general administration to support payroll.
- Raising customer invoices on the Sage 50 system.
- Stock control updating the stock management system.
- Competently liaising with the customers, regarding their orders and dealing with any queries.
- Progressing orders and shipping queries to ensure the highest levels of customer service delivery.
- Filing and organising administration ensuring all relevant information obtained.
You will have:
- Previous similar or relevant experience of working within a busy and fast pace customer service of administration support office.
- The ability to work on initiative and decision make when necessary to progress orders.
- Good IT competency with a knowledge of in house or data management systems
- Sage would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
- A multi tasker, able to ensure consistency and accuracy in work processed.
- The ability to deal and communicate with a varied team including and provide the necessary support.
- Will need to possess a 'cando' attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to changes and learn the company systems quickly.
- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever required, and the ability to distribute and respond to these in a timely manner.
- Be able to work under their own initiative, with great organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills and be able to communicate with a variety of people during your working day.
