Are you looking to start your Customer Service Career ?

Do you enjoy speaking to people and building relationships?


My client are looking to recruit a
Customer Service Advisor to contact their existing client base and take new inbound enquiries.


Forming part of the small outbound calling team you will use your
professional yet friendly manner to speak to with people regarding signing up for new subscriptions or continuing to give to good causes.

There is no cold calling as you willbe contacting people that have previously donated or subscribed.

Alongside a
good telephone manner you will need to be
computer literate and have a
good eye for detail. You will enjoy working as part of a small, friendly, supportive team and helping those around you.

Initially based from offices in Crowborough you will follow a rotating shift pattern:


  • Monday: 11am7pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 12pm8pm
  • Friday: 10am6pm
  • Saturday (2 per month) 11am5.30pm


After completion of a successful training period, usually 3 weeks, you will have the opportunity to spend part of your week
working from home.
