What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Book freelance crews, editors and edit facilities
  • Plan and book UK and worldwide travel and accommodation for production staff and freelancers
  • Organize movement order/travel logistics
  • Produce call sheets and risk assessments for all shoots
  • Secure carnets and visas for all international travel
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices for all freelancers and suppliers
  • Cost track across multiple budgets
  • Independently produce and manage smaller projects and production budgets
  • Assisting the PM with booking facilities and crew for OB's
  • Supporting producers and PM's at golf events on location

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of international shoots
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of production and postproduction workflows
  • Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage
  • Good understanding of budget processes and implications
  • Experience in cost tracking
  • Conversant with current insurance requirements
  • Has organised national and international travel
  • Has prepared risk assessments
  • Has set up single and/or double camera shoots
  • Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs
  • Experience across different types of production, including live OBs

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP and Fieldglass
