Responsibilities:


  • Provide onetoone and small group support to students who are facing challenges with their learning
  • Develop individualized learning plans to help students achieve their goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans as needed
  • Work closely with teachers to identify and address student needs
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure that students receive the support they need both in and out of school
  • Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience working with students who face learning challenges
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
