    Job Description:

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our AML Onboarding Team AML Onboarding is responsible for onboarding of new clients to ensure that Bank of America meets both the regulatory and internal AML/KYC requirements. The AML Onboarding team is responsible for reviewing and approving account opening documentation for the Bank's branches in Europe and MENA countries.

    The Team:

    The team has a vacancy for an individual with experience of reviewing and analyzing AML/KYC related documentation and information. The role includes conducting external research, piecing information together, creating a client profile from an AML perspective and identifying outliers compared with what is expected, but also maintain information electronically and of qualitative nature, therefore great attention to detail, besides strong analytical and organizational skills are sought.

    Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for ensuring that the business is compliant with all Bank policies and local AML requirements in the EMEA region
    • You will ensure that documentation requirements are met and perform AML checks on new clients. This includes verification of information supplied by clients using external research via the Internet
    • You will review completed documentation when received back from client and if appropriate sign off documentation in compliance with local AML regulations
    • You will provide guidance, advice, and training to other teams within the business on an ad-hoc basis
    • You will liaise with business partners in Implementation, Sales, and local Compliance Officers in Europe

    What we are looking for:

    • You will have good knowledge of various corporate structures e.g. Funds, Trusts, Partnerships, SPVs, etc.
    • You will have good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements
    • You will have the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
    • You will possess excellent MS Office skills
