They are looking to expand their team and welcome an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their office in Warrington.

YOUR DUTIES AS A FINANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:
- As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the whole recruitment process from initial sourcing, to telephone screening, interviewing and sharing offers once successful.
- Ensure all job advertisements, role material and interviews are of the highest standard and reflect your clients positively.
- Consistently exceed client expectations by providing an attentive and thorough recruitment service.
- Develop excellent professional working relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for business.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years working in a similar finance recruitment roleor 1 year with additional sales experience.
- Experience working to targets, deadlines and service agreements.
- Dedicated to providing a highlevel of service to all clients with strong communication skills.
- Able to confidently work multiple roles simultaneously whilst providing the same level of service and attention to all clients.
- Demonstrate a cando attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Have a flexible approach to working, as you may be asked to support other our other recruitment teams with their recruitment campaigns.
