Calling all sales administrators who want to move into an exciting, busy and rewarding role with a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

You will need to have previous experience of quoting, following up on quotes and order processing and be happy working as part of a busy and at times noisy team

This is a full time permanent non hybrid role, which requires experience in a similar fast paced role, previous sales administration or hire desk experience


Our award winning client based in Haddenham is looking for a Hire Coordinator / Hire Controller who is used to working in a fast paced environment.

Working as part of a dynamic team your day will be varied and busy.

Ideally for this role you will have previous experience of working with a busy inbox, be experienced in customer service and have strong sales administration / administration skills.


As a Hire Controller you will be using your sales administration skills to manage customer telephone queries and enquiries, identifying the correct solution to the customers requirements / needs with support from the technical department and then create, deliver, and follow up on customer quotations completing all required paperwork and documentation.


For this role the Hire Controller will need a
Confident and friendly telephone manner for inbound/outbound calls and a

working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
