Alpine F1 Team have a new leadership opportunity as a Head of Fan Engagement to help develop and implement innovative strategies to engage both existing and potential Alpine fans worldwide

Head of Fan Engagement - The person
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing fan engagement initiatives, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for Formula 1, including understanding of fan behaviour and preferences.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to generate unique and compelling ideas to engage fans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with fans across different demographics.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to inform decisionmaking and measure the success of fan engagement initiatives.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays during the racing season.
- Ability to travel to various race locations worldwide.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
