Peters NHS Foundation Trust?

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and highly motivated Tobacco Dependency Advisors to join a new Tobacco Dependence Inpatient Team.

You will be pivotal in helping patients give up smoking and/or the use of other tobacco containing products through evidence-based interventions and ensure they have support post discharge.

If you can work as an effective team member, demonstrate good personal communication skills and actively promote excellent team and interdisciplinary relationships, then this role could be for you.
