**Salary: £42,582 - £46,437

The Role:
**Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Business Systems Analyst interested in playing a key role in serving your community through the provision of exciting new technology that will support our staff to deliver an outstanding public service?

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be joining the Digital Policing function and will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of policing services.

Information and communication systems are deployed and in use across the Force to help ensurethat accurate and reliable information is made available to those who need it, when they need it and where they need it.

Your overall purpose is to assist in keeping the public safe and contribute to the fight against crime.

Responsibilities:

You will work with End Users across the business to fully understand the challenges they are facing, documenting user requirements and quality criteria relating to affiliated technical change delivery.
You will also ensure integrity and quality through effective testing of the delivered products while supporting the End Users with their User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements:

A degree, HND or equivalent qualification, or significant relevant experience
Background in Digital, Data, and Technology
Extensive experience in data and system analysis
Strong experience in system testing & user acceptance testing
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language to create pragmatic and appropriate solutions
Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
Communication, writing, consulting and clientfacing skills

**Additional Information:

Resided in the UK for the last 5 Years
Not travelled for an extended time outside of the county within the last 5 years (28 days in one period)
A clean criminal record & credit record
