Grade 9:
£52,815 - £61,198 per annum

Permanent, full time


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of senior staff members to ensure effective programme management.
  • Oversee the endtoend delivery of the MBA programme, from admissions to completion, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Manage programme budgets effectively and delegate authority as necessary.
  • Contribute to accreditation activities and programme evaluations to maintain quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisionmaking.


You should possess extensive experience in managing in multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with postgraduate students, and demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across diverse cultures and senior-level audiences.

Additionally, you should exhibit a deep understanding of the MBA market, along with proven competency in programme management and delivery, including successful coordination from inception to completion.
