This is an exciting opportunity for career development as it involves a lot of learning in a dynamic and fast growing company.

The role is based in our office in Orpington, South East London (postcode BR5 3QB). Standard working hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.


Responsibilities and duties

  • Processing incoming orders and submitting instructions to warehouses for dispatch of goods;
  • Booking couriers and organising dispatch of goods stored locally;
  • Resolving difficult situations with customers, such as missed or delayed deliveries, damages or other complaints;
  • Updating customers with tracking numbers and dispatch status for their orders;
  • Maintaining the database of customers and orders;
  • Updating the product catalogue, setting sales, promotions etc.

Requirements:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data recording;
  • Recent officebased experience of at least 1 year in a similar roles preferable;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Interest in learning new technologies
