We are currently looking for an
E-commerce Assistant to join our experienced team.

You will be responsible for creating new and maintaining existing product listings and content on our website and other e-commerce distribution channels.

A successful applicant needs to be able to write easily and enjoy writing, understand the technologies and be able to translate product specifications into a clear, concise and easy-to-read descriptions that help with the sales.

The role is based in our office in Orpington, South East London (postcode BR5 3QB). Standard working hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities and duties

Write clear, concise and distinctive product listings;
Ensure product and catalogue consistency across sales channels, help with product photos and image processing;
Run product promotion campaigns;
Produce or amend supporting materials for products (datasheets, leaflets, catalogues);
Contribute to the updates and development of the website and social media content;
Help with the marketing, advertisement and social media.

Requirements:

Relevant work experience (with a technical focus) is preferable;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Writing / copywriting experience would be an advantage;
Great attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Interest in technology.
