We are very excited to be on the lookout for an experienced
Senior Production Accommodation Specialist, to join our Media & Entertainment division.

This fast paced and interesting role would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients is a MAJOR players in the industry


As a Senior Production Accommodation Specialist, you will

  • Understanding the needs of your clients' travel policies and appropriately guiding them to the best solutions
  • Must be able to deal with and manage different personalities under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Being aware of their budgets and offering the best Accommodation deals possible
  • Handling all rooming lists, amendments, cancellations, changes and disruptions
  • Sourcing and rate negotiation with suppliers and fulfil payment process
  • Keeping up to date with the changing nature of travel and production
  • Delivering great customer service on a daily basis

About you

  • Experience in handling accommodation in Media, Entertainment, Film & Production sectors is preferred
  • Sound working knowledge of managing accommodation, groups, online/offline and via GDS
  • Should understand nuances of group hotel processes, rider and rooming list management
  • Highly effective oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
  • Proven excellent customer service provision and problem resolution skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Can build rapport and establish long lasting relationships with coordinators, bookers and travellers
  • Innovative and proactive and is able to come up with effective travel solutions
  • Must be calm, professional and levelheaded
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
