    Description

    My client, a renowned bus manufacturer in the UK located in Leeds, is on the lookout for Engineers with a solid background in the bus industry and a keen interest in transitioning into a Training role. They are also in search of specialists with training experience within the bus sector.

    About the Company: The company is a leading player in the bus manufacturing industry, dedicated to providing top-quality services and products.

    The main aim of this position is to enhance business development levels by delivering extensive training, leading E-Learning initiatives, and ensuring top-notch technical support while maintaining a service for monitoring and tracing support interactions.

    Brief Overview of the Role:

    • Collaborate with external partners for continuous training needs.
    • Coordinate internal departments to drive service progression.
    • Conduct comprehensive staff training to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Provide training on diagnostics and fault finding.
    • Manage diagnostics and equipment as needed.
    • Ensure accurate, timely, and legible processing of reports.
    • Ensure all technical documentation is accessible to staff.
    • Identify areas for enhancement and promote continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in training provision and business case planning (Adventurous).
    • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Prior experience in customer service.
    • Proven track record in team management.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills.
    • Background in the bus industry.
    • Valid driver's license.

    This role offers a salary of £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance.

    Hours: mainly 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday, with flexibility required due to travel demands.
