Are you an experienced People Advisor with a generalist background working across a variety of ER disciplines? We have an exciting role as a People Advisor to join an outstanding ethical business based in South Devon.

This is a Hybrid role, with regular access to the south Devon office. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, however, flexible working options are also open to being discussed.

People Advisor responsibilities include:
-

Managing the various HR queries throughout the business
Partnering with line managers to review ER
Support, coach and challenge line managers
Monitoring reviewing and updating all HR policies

People Advisor requirements include:
-

CIPD qualified to Level
Experienced in previous HR/ER roles
Experienced of managing complex ER cases
Experience of using TUPE
A full driving license and use of a vehicle
