Description

You'll play a key role in the marketing team, providing invaluable support with the planning, production and delivery of all leisure marketing campaigns and helping to optimise our communications.

You'll be data driven with a passion for analytics and using them to build and improve communications.


What will you do?

  • Assist in the delivery of all campaign activity.
  • Analyse campaign performance using; Google Analytics tracking and reporting functionality within their CRM platform.
  • Ensure optimised reporting/insight functionality within both systems.
  • Assist with the acquisition, retention, and reactivation marketing activity.
  • Take ownership of the backend solution on their website.
  • Ensure POs are raised for all work. Complete forecasting/reforecasting.
  • Follow, evolve and be a brand champion for the various brand guidelines.

  • A flare for creativity and the confidence to explore new ideas.
  • An understanding of the hotel / hospitality sector (not essential).
  • A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and independently prioritising your workload.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills with an ability to be assertive when needed.
  • Confidence in building relationships with all stakeholders.
  • An excellent attention to detail.
