Communication Lead Industry - Liverpool (Hybrid Working) - £40,000 - Legal
We are excited to be exclusively representing a large law practice based in Liverpool, Manchester Birmingham and London.

The main purpose of this role is to increase the client engagement, this will be done mainly through CRM - so you will live and breath CRM The organisation deal with large volumes of clients on small claims cases.

The main responsibilities will be;

Writing engaging customer copy
Content creation
CRM
Ensuring tone of voice is up to standard across all branding
Create and implement strategy
Ongoing optimisation through A/B, heat map and multivariant testing

You will have;

4 years experience within a similar role Communications or CRM
Experience managing a communication strategy for a nationwide organisation
Salesforce Marketing cloud
Experience with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Google optimise, VWO, Optimiizley
Strong written and communication ability
