Description

Deerfoot IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled and friendly Installation/Support Engineer to install ATE Systems and Equipment for various clients at Airports and Helipads around the UK and overseas.

This Support Engineer role is full-time, offering a salaryof £25,000-30,000 and a favourable benefits package located in Cramlington, Northumberland.

Reporting to the ATE Projects Manager, you will work in an aviation environment performing off-site and on-site tasks. You should expect to travel around the UK and overseas to deliver excellent services to customers. The ability to be Security Cleared (SC)for airside work is required to apply.

To give you an idea of how this flexible Installation/Support Engineer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Build/wire ATE Systems at the base
Install ATE equipment at airports/helipads/other facilities as part of the team
Project build documentation, test, and installation/commissioning
Perform repairs and maintenance

You must have experience installing Electronic/Telecoms Equipment to apply. The successful Installation/Support Engineer must be willing to travel in the UK and overseas.

Additional requirements include:

Experience building Electronic/Telecoms Equipment
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Ability to communicate well with customers
Exposure to the Aviation sector

In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £25,000-30,000 and an excellent benefits package.
