Do you have technical and service support experience, and are you seeking a new job in Central Birmingham? Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an Onsite Technical Support Engineer, and the role comes with a salary of up to£35k pa.

As a Onsite Technical Support Engineer, you will enhance the customer's overall IT experience by providing technical and service support whilst meeting all agreed customer and departmental KPI and SLA targets.

The function will include responsibility forsupporting, managing and maintaining technical services with the Account Management and Proactive Engineering teams.

In your first few weeks in this Onsite Technical Support Engineer role, you can expect to:

Provide technical and service support by taking calls, customer walk-ups and direction from operational and management teams, handling the resulting incidents or service requests and using the incident management and request fulfilment processes in linewith technical support objectives
Provide excellent customer service providing proactive, reactive, and service management to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through advice, guidance and technical support within SLA and business KPIs
Develop and continuous improvement of Auras managed services to increase the company's managed service portfolio to increase customer satisfaction
At least 24 months of experience working with technical teams in a multitiered environment
The ability to demonstrate customercentric service delivery
Experience in a highticket volume incident management environment
