We are excited to partner a well-known, long-standing UK Trade Association, who are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.


You, as the successful applicant, will be responsible for maximising engagement with the company's products and services, particularly industry-leading events.

You will develop and deliver high-quality, integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to bringtheir industry together, drive revenue and raise awareness brand awareness.


EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS:

This opportunity will pay up to £60,000 per annum.

You'll be working for a company based in the heart of London, but the role can be performed on a remote basis with travel into the office one or two days a week (more if desired).

The company have a greatpension scheme where the employer pays up to 15%.

There is also a discretionary bonus of up to 10%, as well as death in service and group income protection scheme cover.

Annual leave of 30 days which includes an obligatory 3 off during the Christmas break,5 can be carried over into the following year.

Hours Monday to Friday.


DUTIES:


  • Define and analyse marketing KPIs and use data and analytics to identify improvements to drive performance.
  • Research and collate information on competitor activities and potential marketing opportunities.
  • Manage production of assets and marketing materials through design and video agencies.
  • Manage relationships and agreements with media partners.
  • Manage stock items including merchandise and publications/reports.
  • Ensure all marketing creative and messaging is of a high standard, targeted with compelling propositions, and consistent with the brand and tone of voice.
  • Manage marketing lines in the team budget.
  • Manage a team of two.

EXPERIENCE

  • Essential_
  • Strong marketing experience working in a membership organisation is a must
  • Experience of managing and developing a small team, including conducting reviews and putting in place objectives and development plans.
  • A track record of success in developing integrated multichannel marketing campaigns for a mix of services and/or products.
  • Use of data and analytics to drive marketing performance.
  • Knowledge of current trends and techniques used to market services and/or products to diverse customer markets.
  • Development of messaging, brand and tone of voice.
  • Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent CIM qualification.

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent copywriting skills; SEO skills/knowledge an advantage.
  • Strong project management, time management and decisionmaking skills
  • Personally credible with a professional demeanour that generates the trust and confidence of a range of audiences.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain effective relationships.
  • A selfmotivated team player with a strong workethic.

  • Managing external partnerships.
  • Design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite).
