We are currently looking to appoint a Showroom Bench Locksmith to join our Kensington High Street team.

This is a key role within our showrooms and forms an integral part of the business and to our customers.

Full training will be provided and you will learn key skills with regard to Locksmithing. If this sounds like the perfect role and would like to work for a Market Leader within the Security Industry then we want to hear from you

What Can you bring to Banham and what will you get in return?

As a Bench Locksmith, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service whilst supporting and helping the team meet and exceed targets.

Happy to work a flexible pattern of working 5 days out of 6 (Mon-Sat)
Operating the Bench machinery and ensuring keys are cut accurately and correctly
Ensuring the correct paperwork is completed and that the Key holder provided the relevant supporting documentation for the cutting service.
Processing payments correctly.
Covering the showrooms during breaks where appropriate.
Keen to learn a basic knowledge of all Banham products.
Maintaining accurate inventory records of incoming/ outgoing stock.
Completing requisition forms to order additional stock and supplies.
Maintain a good working environment, ensuring all occupational and health and safety guidelines are met, including lifting and safe storage.
Flexibility on working location, being prepared to travel to support other showrooms when necessary
