Description
This is a new role to support the smooth running of the office.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Downloading, checking and filling purchase invoices.
- Weekly ordering of cleaning consumables, dry goods etc.
- Archiving
- Filing compliance documentation & keeping the manager abreast of issues as appropriate.
- Filing personnel documents and assisting the manager to ensure all documentation is in place.
- Answering the phone and passing on messages as required.
- Keeping the home diary up to date
- Recording and reconciling Petty Cash & Debit Card Expenditure.
- Recording and depositing cheques.
- Assist the manager in arranging taxi's or liaising with family for appointments.
- Escort Residents for hospital appointments, dental appointments and shopping etc. as appropriate.
You must be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be an experienced user of current office software and hardware.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for the potholder.

Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
From £10.55 per hour

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
