    As a Pension Analyst, you will be responsible for providing a precise and efficient payroll service to a designated client portfolio. The service provided should be accurate, effective, and compliant with both documented and tacit procedures. You will have the chance to establish and nurture exceptional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders within MHR.

    • To handle and reconcile a range of Pension services (from start to finish) in line with specified operational procedures aligned with customer needs
    • Carry out quality inspections on pension contributions and reports before submitting them to seniors and clients
    • Take corrective measures to address any mistakes, collaborating with Senior Pension Analysts throughout
    • Reconcile pension reports and approve remittances
    • Maintain precise records and reports by utilizing all available software applications within the department
    • Ensure all submissions adhere to schedules and protocols
    • Escalate any issues as necessary
    • Respond to customer inquiries as needed and in compliance with SLAs
