Since opening their doors over three years ago, they have won various contracts over their big corporate competitors due to their fresh, innovative, and diverse way of operating.
The business is now launching a brand new division, selling New Homes to owner occupiers all over the North of the Country
This Head of New Homes role is a flexible and extremely autonomous position for someone who enjoys managing their own diary and implementing their own strategy.
You will be supported by various members of the company and will also be responsible for building your own team as the department grows.
This role is suitable for individuals who have
- In depth knowledge of running a New Homes operation
- Proven track record of managing a profitable department
- The foresight and desire to build a department
- A modern and innovative outlook on agency
What you will be doing
- Develop new business and handle own portfolio of clients to achieve or exceed agreed targets
- Support the excellent reputation by providing a consistently high level of service to clients
- Maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications to ensure accuracy in file management, communications, and compliance
- Update records and maximise the use of databases to ensure all applicant details are up to date and to source potential sale instructions
- Actively identify and develop new marketing and business development opportunities
- Development appraisals and guidance on internal specifications
- Securing new homes business and building upon the existing pipeline of work
- Be a positive influence and helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment
- Understanding the functions of and communicating effectively with other divisions with regards to crossselling and other opportunities
