New Business Administrator

  • As a Business Administrator, you will be focused on achieving strict deadlines to meet the contract activation needs of our customers ensuring their vehicles are paid for on time and are available for work as and when expected.

You are a detail-orientated and organised individual who has excellent communication skills to effectively work alongside internal colleagues, customer and network teams as required by the business.


Key Responsibilities:

Organised - Ensure relevant documentation is produced, prepare contract documentation, and confirm all documentation is completed by the customer within the time required.
-
Attention to detail - Load proposals for all contract types and liaise with the Business Executives and Business Managers about credit decisions and provide confirmation of all approvals.

Proactive - Attend monthly reviews of Sales processes and provide training to ensure the changes are being made and practiced correctly.

Excellent customer service skills - Work as part of the wider financial services support team to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, either internal or external.

Collaborative working approach - Able to work on your own initiative or part of a team, to deliver required information to stakeholders as necessary.
