HR Advisor
Up to £32k, 25 days holiday, personal and professional development, hybrid working


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing consumer goods business supplying eco-friendly products internationally.

This is a genuinely purposeful company, who are moving towards B Corp certification, putting people and the planeton the same page as profitability.


Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this generalist HR role provides advisory support across all HR processes that govern the employee life cycle and employee relations; and will also include projects developing employee engagement, B Corp integrationand benefit supplier review and selection.


As a HR Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice on employee relations
  • Provide operational and administrative support from issuing contractual documents, onboarding through to offboarding
  • Support the Head of People and Culture with all learning and development activities
  • Support payroll and assisting with renumeration and benefits
  • Enhance employee engagement experience
  • Manage careers website/job boards and social platforms
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • HR systems are updated and fully utilised
  • Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives as required
  • B-Corp Project Work
  • Continuously learn and evolve HR good practice to improve business performance

We are looking for a HR Advisor who has the following skills and experience:

  • Previous generalist HR experience and a passionate about people and culture
  • Good Microsoft office skills in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a variedworkload in a fast paced small team environment
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer focused to ensure a high level of HR service
  • Analyse issues and data quickly and thoroughly
  • Build and manage effective relationships with all stakeholders
