Role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Production Operative to help stage and configure products prior to dispatch to customers.

This role involves assembly of hardware and uploading firmware for final device assembly according to work instructions. Responsible for performing checks to ensure final product is correct ahead of dispatch to customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure products are assembled in accordance with Instructions
Ensure conformance to quality standards and procedures
Accurately record and enter data into software systems
Create and assign device installation tags
Ensure all systems are up to date with assigned device serial numbers and IMEI numbers
Complete relevant documentation accurately
Light industrial bench assembly work

- ensuring timely completion of jobs to a high standard

Follow all processes for inventory usage and support in the monthly stock take process
Assist with ad hoc warehouse activitiesreceiving and checking all deliveries. receive and process warehouse stock products (receive, unload, label, store)
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Basic numeracy skills required
IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office
A positive cando attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Be selfmotivated and have the ability to complete daily task with minimum supervision
Able to read and write in English

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 6.00pm

IMMEDIATE START
6 month placement with potential for permanent
