Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • New installation and service work commissioning
  • Service call commissioning
  • New customer fleet monitoring
  • Fleet checks
  • System quality assurance audits
  • Some weekend work will be required.


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and incumbents will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by any change in role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.


Requirements:


  • Desirable skill/experience
  • Experience offering general tech support or a good knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Experience of working in a Fleet environment
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and a keenness to learn.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accomplish or complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
  • Soft skills strong communication, selfmotivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
