Legal Administrator - Ferndown - £11.89 per hour

Our client is looking for a Legal Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis.

You will be responsible for dealing with all administrative duties within the department ensuring all company processes are followed and adhered too.

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. This role will have the opportunity to go permanent after 3 months.

Main responsibilities:

Manage workload effectively via the CRM system ensuring all correspondence is dealt with on time
Draft and produce documents such as wills, trusts, Power of Attorneys and Land Registries and make sure there are no errors before being delivered to clients
Chase feedback on draft documents to enable delivery of final product
Build knowledge and understanding on the wills storage process and assist clients who wish to retrieve a will from storage
Deal with client transactions ensuring payments are accurate in order to avoid extra financial costs
Handle complaints and escalate serious issues to the appropriate party
Provide support and assistant to the advisors and other team members when requested
Deal with confidential documents and shred all correspondence in line with requirements when needed
Attend and participate in meetings when required

Skills & experience required:

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and prioritisation skills in order to meet deadlines
Ability to work well within a small officebased team and an enthusiastic team player
Experienced within Microsoft programmes specifically Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat DC
