- Reporting objectives, KPIs, and milestones for Mazak installation daily to the ME Team Leader.
- Collaborating with Production to define and implement PPM for Mazak machines.
- Supporting best practice machining and tooling management.
- Implementing OEE for Mazak machines and supporting offline programming processes.
- Regularly reviewing orderbook with Production to forecast programming requirements.
- Identifying and coordinating training needs with Production supervisors.
- Supporting continuous improvement processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Handling any other management requests relevant to the role.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills with integrity and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and exposure to CADCAM.
- Experience in programming with ISO/EIA, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazatrol Matrix.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles.
- Desirable familiarity with the Marine industry.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligibility for baseline security clearance.
