- Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and provide weekly updates on project performance to Contracts Manager.
- Establish a strong safety culture on projects, ensuring Kier and governing body safety procedures and legislation are followed and in place, ensuring all works on site comply with Kier's health and safety policy and the relevant construction phase plan.
- Oversee site team to ensure review and update of CPHS plan.
- Ensure site teams are managing suppliers and subcontractors to provide project specific ITPs/ QA check sheets before any works commence on site.
- Ensure works are being carried to the required quality standard as detailed in the project quality plan.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering large scale residential over cladding programmes
- Demonstrable experience of leading projects managing budget, programme, resources and supply chain
- A strong Health and Safety focus, ensuring the highest standards through managing people and supply chain
- Ability to manage fast moving projects that will have a high volume of people and materials
