Now is an exciting time to be joining Rotherwood Teachers as an Education Recruitment Consultant.

We are expanding due to the increase with the demand from Schools.

You will have high energy levels with starting work at 7am in our central based office in Burnley, placing teachers into Schools.

Ideally you will be working in a fast paced, target driven position and looking to work where you will have more autonomy of running your own desk.

A Sales background in Education would be advantageous however if you come from a Sales background with a proven track record of sales your transferable skills will serve you well.

You will have the ability to source your teachers where necessary however you will have the huge support of a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to support your recruitment of teachers and a compliant team to ensure we meet safeguarding requirements.

Attention to detail is essential and a natural desire to meet targets whilst working in a friendly supportive team.

Salary ranging from £23,000 £26,000 dependant on experience.
