My Clients are currently looking for a hardworking, motivated and driven individual to become a Lettings Valuer in the Canary Wharf Area.


As a Lettings Valuer, you'll be required to work the following:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am
  • 7 pm
  • Alternative Saturday 9.30 am 2 pm

The successful Lettings Valuer will be offered:

  • Basic salary £20,000
  • OTE £80,000
  • Business generation leads
  • Career Progression

To be considered for the Letting Valuer role you must have:

  • Must have property valuing listing experience
  • Must have min 3 years lettings neg experience
  • Articulate
  • Well presented
  • Excellent customer service and rapportbuilding skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate leads from all potential sources
  • Not afraid of cold calling

As a Lettings Valuer your role will involve:

  • Attending Properties and Valuing them for the Lettings Market
  • Liaising with Landlords and tenants
  • Managing work diary to ensure all appointments are attended
