Description

Our client, a high-growth and dynamic consumer facing entity, with a loyal and expanding customer base, is looking to source a bright and ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to join its talented team on an initial contract basis.

Working as part of theStrategy and Acquisitions team, you'll be responsible for supporting Senior Stakeholders and producing insightful reporting and analysis to aid decision making around new investment.

This is a hugely rare opportunity for a talented commercial finance professionalto play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy across the UK and Europe.

Main duties include:

Supporting the production of new investment cases for board and shareholder review
Super used of demographic mapping software
Competition and market analysis
Supporting the Strategy Team where appropriate in any M&A activity
Supporting the Head of Department in carrying our post completion reviews
Supporting Acquisitions team with administrative tasks
Preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
Budgeting coordination and management of purchase orders

Key skills and experience required:

Studying towards a finance qualification would be preferred
Proven track record in an Analytical role
Commercially astute with a strong understanding of business drivers
Strong communication skills
Can build relationships with senior stakeholders, possesses a credible and confident manner
Advanced Excel
Flexible, proactive and selfmotivated
