Our client are a well established Financial Services business based in Manchester, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
- As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
- You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the below skills:
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
