Accounts Administrator - Edinburgh

  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

The role of Accounts Administrator:


  • Corrections of procurement coding of POs to align with the AP process.
  • Handle daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

A successful Accounts Administrator should have:

  • A background in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of Oracle.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
