      Job Description

      To fuel our ongoing success and reach, we are looking for exceptional Sales Assistants with a proven track record and a go-getter attitude to strengthen our team.

      Key Contribution Areas

      • Warmly greet customers and show willingness to assist them
      • Use open-ended questions to uncover customer needs
      • Recommend, find, and present the right products for customers
      • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and loyalty programs
      • Process both cash and card transactions
      • Stay updated on the latest trends and product knowledge
      • Cultivate a customer-centric and welcoming atmosphere consistently
      • Deliver top-notch customer service consistently
      • Educate customers about Flannels, the brands we carry, and our products
      • Suggest additional products to enhance sales
      • Maintain store standards and readiness for the next business day
      • Adhere to all Flannels policies and procedures strictly
