  • £32,020 to £37,261 per annum (pro rata for part time):

Full Time, 37 hours per week:


  • Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity for 9 months

What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and considered individual to join our HR and OD Team. Experience working in HR is essential as well as a broad HR knowledge base. Previous experience of co-ordinating project activity, planning, researching and HRIS would be an advantage.


About the role
This role has been created to cover a secondment within the team. The HR Advisor role will report to our ER and HR lead.

The role will support a high level of generalist case work, such as supporting and advising with absence and performance issues.

Ensuring new employees receive a positive and engaging welcome and induction.

A curious mindset is required as part of our team, along with an organised and methodical approach to work.


About you
You will be educated to CIPD level 5 or equivalent.

The ability to support several key priorities at the same time is essential.


You will build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and HR colleagues to provide a world-class and efficient service to our internal customers and stakeholders.


Efficient, future thinking and someone who is happy to question the norm and suggest new ways of working and or new approaches.

As a completely new role, there is an opportunity for you to help shape this new role and really get creative and help make a difference in the change and project space and gain some valuable experience along the way
